I recommend going with the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack # HLY64FR for your application because it's been tested and approved for the extra movement at the back of a motorhome or towed vehicle plus it can accommodate 80 lb e-bikes with up to 5" tires so basically anything you'll ever own can be carried by this beast.
It is recommended to remove the batteries of e-bikes prior to transport though so you'll want to keep that in mind prior to heading down the road.
